Everything from our initial enquiry with Thyme and Paper to receiving our videos has been an absolute pleasure - James and Charlotte are extremely talented and simply amazing at what they do. Their communication, attention to detail and their ability to make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera is second to none. They hyped us up and made us laugh constantly - they honestly felt like our best friends the entire day!
